Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from our base in Austin, TX. We take care to package every record, cassette, CD, and apparel item securely so it arrives in the condition you expect.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment clears.
• We ship via standard postal carriers; tracking information is provided once your package is on its way.
• Domestic and international shipping options are available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight and destination.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order — we cannot redirect packages once they have left our hands.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every item we sell. If something arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unopened and in original condition.
• For defective or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a description and photos of the issue.
• Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the buyer. We cover return shipping when the error is ours.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
